Unable to update Articule 09 from release 8 to release 9

Hi everyone,

I am receiving constant inquiry to update my Articulate 09 to release 9. I have downloaded it and run it in many ways but I keep having everything in the release 8. How to solve this?

Which option are you choosing when you attempt to update? If you haven't already, please try using the "Reinstall" option when prompted. That should update the software for you.

Thanks for trying that and getting back to me.

If you haven't already, can you try restarting your machine, please? If the update still doesn't install properly after doing so, there may be an issue with the original installation. 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article, then try updating again:

If the problem continues please go ahead and submit a support case with us.
