Unable to use Presenter 360!

I'm trying to use Presenter 360 for the first time, however I am consistently getting the:

"Online presentations aren't supported. Save a copy to your local drive to continue."

I am getting this error with a blank presentation saved on my desktop.

Hi Adam,

Great question! I understand you are seeing an "Online presentations aren't supported" error when you are using Presenter 360. I'd love to know more about your setup so we can figure this out together.

  • Is your desktop folder linked to OneDrive? If the folder is, your presentation is considered to be an online presentation even though the desktop folder is local. Here are the steps to unlink OneDrive.
    1. Open OneDrive settings (click the OneDrive icon in your notification area, then click the OneDrive Help and Settings icon, then click Settings.)
    2. Go to the Account tab.
    3. Click Unlink this PC.
