I tried reverting to an earlier version of Articulate, but it's still not working. This seems to be a fairly widespread issue, based on the entries to this forum. Is there a fix for this? I have Windows 7, but there doesn't seem to be a fix for this version of Windows.
I’m not referring to an upgrade but, rather, to the Articulate update that I downloaded yesterday. I received a message from Articulate indicating that an update was available, so I clicked on the link and installed the update. When I accessed Presenter (via PowerPoint), it no longer functioned. Also, I’m not sure if it makes a difference, but I have Windows 7.
Please let me know ASAP what the fix is for this issue as I need to use it this morning. Thanks!
Hi, I also have an issue with the latest update of Presenter 13. Since I have installed the update, I am not able to preview or publish any power point. Before installing the update, I had problem with the videos. I was able to insert them but when I tried to preview or publish the video didn't start. The videos files are mp4. I hoped that the updates would have fix my problem but it it worst with the updates...
Do I need to deactivate Presenter and activate it to fix it ?

What is the issue that you are having? Are you trying to go from Presenter '13 to Presenter '09 or are you speaking about different upgrade versions?

Issue resolved. I contacted Technical Support and eventually had to reinstall Studio 13.
