Using html5 to publish, LMS person believes there is flash in my content

Mar 18, 2021

Two problems:  First the html5 would not load into the SABA LMS.  I published using only the html5 option.  After removing every / and \ in the Power Point slides, it loaded into the LMS and I was able to access and the scoring worked flawlessly.

Someone, I believe is using Firefox, but not sure as I was not privy to the details of that, was unable to launch the lesson.

I do have a quiz, and engage interaction.  Is it possible that is the problem?

Anyone else had this problem?  Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Hi Lisa!

I'm happy to help! I understand that you've published a Presenter course that includes an Engage interaction to Saba LMS. It's working well in Saba LMS except for when a learner uses Firefox. When they use Firefox, they can't launch the lesson.

Is the course launching as expected in other browsers when published for HTML5 only? If so, I'd consider reaching out to your LMS admin to see if there is a known issue with Saba LMS and Firefox.
