I have a narrated PowerPoint presentation that I would like to use in Presenter, but there is no sound when I preview it. How do I get the sound to work?
Presenter 360 doesn't support audio that was recorded or imported in PowerPoint. You'll need to record or import audio in Presenter instead.
If you already recorded or imported audio in PowerPoint, you may be able to extract it from the PowerPoint file using the instructions here. Then import it into Presenter.
