We have over 30 Articulate developers in our organization using Articaulte Presenter 9. Due to some recent changes, we need to make sure that all develoeprs are running version 9.09. How can a user tell what exact versions of presenter they are running?
From the "Articulate" ribbon in PowerPoint, click on "Help and Support". Then, select "About Articulate Presenter". This should tell you exactly which version of Presenter is installed on the machine.

I don't have Presenter '09 on my current machine, but I believe you should be able to click Help on the Articulate ribbon, then chooseAbout Presenter.
Here is the latest version, which we'd highly recommend having installed for all developers
