I have an .avi file that I am trying to publish to the highest quality in Video Encoder. I have taken the other suggestions found here and attempted to publish it at the highest of all settings - but it is still coming out severely pixelated. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere ... or a trick someone could give me to help with this, please?
Is the video appearing pixelated after you convert it, or only after you publish it through Presenter? If you think it's an issue with Presenter, I'd start by taking a look at out our best practices for video to see if you can narrow down a reason for the pixelation.
