Viewing notes

Apr 22, 2016

Is there a way that the notes in a PowerPoint can be viewed in Presenter without being on the actual screen?  I've created a competency with narration but we also want to have the text on screen well.  Unfortunately, the images that are needed take up just about the whole slide.  Suggestions?

Thanks

Hi Debra!

Do you mean that you do not want the Notes to be in the Player? You can move this to Topbar Left or Right if you do not want a sidebar, but when the user goes to view, it will cover your slide.

By default, built-in player tabs—like Notes—display for all slides in a course. If you want to hide them for certain slides, you can do that. To learn how, see this tutorial.

I set each slide to show the notes and have them on the sidebar. I think that will work. I did not realize that you can turn notes on or off. BTW - are you doing any trainings in the US in the near future?
