In testing one of our new courses that we're hoping to go live with, every time it changes to an Engage (from the Presenter), the audio automatically gets louder and the user is forced to turn down his/her volume and then turn it back up again when the Engage is finished.
Has anyone experienced that before, and if so, is there a fix for it (that doesn't require hours and hours of time in Audacity)??

You may find that Engage '13 interactions embedded in a Presenter '13 course are louder than the rest of the course.
We fixed this issue in Update 8 for Articulate Studio '13. Install the latest version of Studio '13 to take advantage of the new features and fixes, then republish your course.
