Out of nowhere, I got this error message(see attached). It only happens when i try to preview or publish anything. The Articulate ribbon displays, I'm able to open Engae and Quizmaker slides, edit, and save them, I just can't preview or publish anything. .Very frustrating!!
I have tried restarting my machine, and ending PowerPoint in the task manager, but none of these work. Other people I work with do not have this error, so I don't think it's an update issue. Any help would be much appreciated!!!
We have instances where users begin having some erratic behavior in Studio '13.
We always encourage users to work locally on their hard drive to prevent errors, but it does happen from on users machines from time to time. This article explains how to fix unexpected or erratic behavior in Studio. The repair option in this article will function the same as when you get your IT department to install Update 2, so hopefully this will resolve your issue.
I tried the above suggestions with the fix, and it didn't' work
I also tried uninstalling and re-installing both Articulate Presenter 2013, and Microsoft Office 2013. I'm still getting the exact same error message. i'm kind of at a loss......

Thank you! It does not have SmartArt or Charts. I'll try getting our IT dept to install the update. Has anyone else had these issues?
