Error - Locating Preview Folder

I have been looking for a solution to this error message and no luck so far. Articulate has been working fine except for the usual problems, but this is the first time I have seen this error message. The reeor message has a red X next to it. The message pops up when I try to preview a course or try to make changes to the template. The error message is: Error: Could not locate preview folder - C;\User\bcwoods\AppData\Local\Temp\articulate\presenter\preview\data\
All of the player templates I created before are no longer there and I can't locate this folder even after I check to see if it is hidden. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I am able to publish the course and everything publishes out ok.

I'm not sure what's causing that, but I know a re-install should fix things. Can you try loading your software again? That should update whatever needs fixing. if it doesn't help, please submit a help ticket: http://www.articulate.com/support/contact/method.php
Hi David,
Although not the answer I was looking for, it did work when I did a reinstall. It didn't work when I tried to repair it first .
