Need help with a file that isn't recognizing the downloaded data. Everything appears to be in order but when I publish it does not create a data/download file for the pdf's
Hi Nadine! I'm not sure if you were trying to share your files here, but it appears that you responded via e-mail, which will add your signature to the forums, but no attachments come through. You are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
Hi Nadine! It appears that you shared your PPT file and your zipped output, but would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look at?
For the short term I have solved this problem with a work around. I also had my Articulate ribbon disappear while working on this so I think this might be part of the overall problem. I suspect it is more to do with Microsoft and not Articulate now.
I believe you may be right Nadine. I would suggest that you follow the instructions here to get a good install going and be sure that you are working locally.
Also, please note that replying to the forums via e-mail, your signature is attached. You are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
Hi, Nadine - As Leslie mentioned, if issues persist, we'll check out your Articulate Package if you have a moment to send it, but it's great to hear that you discovered a workaround in the meantime! :)
And again, if you do not wish to have your personal information contained in your email signature appear here in the threads (as happens when you reply via email), you are welcome to edit to remove that if you wish.

Hi Nadine! How are you adding the PDFs to your file? Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look at?

Hi Christie and Leslie,
I have tried everything and it just doesn't want to recognize the link.
