I'm not familiar with Wild Apricot, but it doen't appear to be a Web host. Therefore, you won't be able to upload your content. However, you can easily host your content on Dropbox, and then simply add a link to it from your Wild Apricot page. Here's a screencast showing you how.
I found another solution- just in case someone else has the same issue and needs to store the file on the same website. Using WEBDEV ( works like an ftp in such cases)

Maybe I should reword?
Is there a way to add an Articulate Presenter document to a website, without using an FTP account?
I already checked this link http://www.articulate.com/blog/articulate-101-how-to-get-your-presenter-content-to-your-web-site/ , which is not a solution
Thanks
Welcome to Heroes, Denise!

See examples http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Setting+Up+WebDAV+in+Windows+7 and

Nice! Thanks for sharing, Denise. Glad you found a solution
You are welcome Peter. I am glad too :)
Denise,
It is Webdav not webdev. It might be a typo on your part.

Maureen,
Thanks. That now makes it more likely to be found by some if they use a search engine of the article search feature
