I am having problems with Articulate Presenter files that I upload with FileZilla. Bascially if I upload the files to my Apache server with FileZilla the presentation does not work, but if I upload it as a zip and extract it server side, the presentation works fine.
I have not tried any other FTP apps, but if I use Articulate's built in FTP option, the presentation works fine. I would much prefer to use FileZilla though, so does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it? I using the latest versions of Articulate Presenter and File Zilla.
I had this exact same problem, and although I have been publishing for well over a year, never saw the little FTP button on the final page. Anyway, tried the suggestion and it works perfectly now so thanks. Anyone know why it needs to be uploaded this way?
To get it to run on my site before, I removed the UTF encoding and it ran okay, but this is an easier way to upload to my site than having to remove the UTF16 statement - lol

Make sure you upload via FTP as binary. See this KB article: Presenter - Why won't my published content load? - Knowledge Base
Even though the article was written for AP5, I believe it still applies to AP09 also.
