Last night, my computer did an automatic update for Windows 10. This morning my Articulate program said I had to activate my software even though I had been using it for the past year. I used my serial number but it said that the serial number was invalid. I did this several times without success. I then uninstalled Studio 13 and tried to reinstall. It lets me get all the way to the "Click install to begin installation" but when I click install the window disappears and nothing happens. Any body have any ideas????
After an update to Studio or Windows, you'll need to reactivate with your serial number so that is a normal set up. But you shouldn't see the message about it being invalid - so with that set up I think it'll be best to have you work directly with our Support Engineers that way they'll be able to check your serial number as well and confirm if it's accurate.
