Unable to re-install Studio '13

I recently received a new computer and my Studio '13 has not worked since. My tech guy never asked my for my serial numbers when he transferred it. I have windows vista or later. I uninstalled Studio 13 from my control panel. I have my original email with my serial numbers and followed the steps to install. However, after I follow the instructions and then click on the icons to launch the apps, I don't get anything that says, "activate Studio 13". Any ideas?

Hello Nan,
Is it possible the serial numbers were entered when your IT team set this up? Also, you would want to make sure they uninstalled Studio on the previous machine as well.
You may want to follow the steps here to see if you can repair the installation.
Thank you for your response, Emily. IT, did not enter my serial numbers at
set up. They have said they did do the uninstall. I will have them try
the directions in the link you provided.
