I have Studio '09 and it will not publish. We have un-installed and re-installed. When I looked under support there were instructions for Windows XP and Vista but not Enterprise, so now I am wondering if my problem is that Studio '09 is not compatible with Enterprise?
Windows 7 is a supported OS for Presenter '09 as you can see here. Are you having difficulty publishing all projects or just one?
If you are having problems in general with publishing, please be sure that you are utilizing the latest update and working locally on your software and project files.
Thank you for your response. I am unable to publish any project. We have installed the latest updates and received the same error message when publishing. I always work locally and then save completed and published files to my shared locations.
The message says Articulate Presenter has stopped working.
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.
Hi Anne! Thanks for the update. It sounds as if you have gone through a lot of troubleshooting already, so I would suggest that you work with support here so that they can check windows logs if needed to try to understand the issue you are having.
