I am using a standard Calbri font, but after publishing the course; there is a issue with the word/alphabet spacing. The words/alphabets are overlapping and its hard to figure out what the sentence really is.
Is this happening because I am using a Trial Version?
Functionality-wise, the Trial version of Articulate 360 is the same as the paid version so this shouldn't be causing the text issue you're seeing. As a troubleshooting step, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the issue. You'll also want to make sure that you're publishing your file locally to avoid causing any issues with the integrity of your project file.
