Wrong visualization with new browser version

Hi everyone,

I always create html5 SCORM files and I upload them in our LMS (moodle based).

Since two weeks, I can't see the courses: 

- from pc desktop the course doesn't work with Chrome

- from tablets/smarthphones  I can only see the course skin, but inside the skin the course is completely white and I can hear only the speaker (I've tryed with safary, firefox and chrome for tablet but all trys show the same problem).

 

How can I fix this problem?

Hi Leslie,

I made the test you suggested on SCORM CLOUD with various devices, such as iPhone 6 and iPad2, both using Safari and firefox, but the behaviour is the same: I can see the skin, but not the course. For instance, I see all white where I should see the course.

What can I do? Everything was working untill last month, but now the package has this strange behaviour.

I attach the package in case you can see something strange in the configuration.

Right off the bat, the first thing I noticed is that you did not select to utilize HTML5 during publish and this would be needed to work on mobile devices and it also seems that you are publishing to the Web vs LMS.

If you are utilizing an LMS, you need to publish to LMS and utilize HTML5. Here are some instructions on publishing for mobile.

Maybe I wasn't clear in my last communication. We pubblished again the package 1_1 with the correct settings.

However, I made the same test with the package 1_4 and the results are the same (you can see iPad screenshots in attachment).

Also, I made a test with the link you suggested and ... it works!!

So, now whats wrong with the package 1_4 I've sent you?

So, the course I shared worked, and all I did was publish the content to SCORM Cloud. Here are the settings:

Hi Leslie,

i made other test becouse I can still not understand why the same package (with the same settings, as you can see in attachment) doesn't work.

In the image in attachment you can see our pubblication settings (on thje left side) compared to yours (on the right). I can't see any substantial difference.

I'm using IOS 9.2.1, that is the last release of IOS software.
