Hello - I am getting this error message when trying to create a new Presenter project. I have both repaired Articulate and uninstalled and reinstalled and have the same issue. It worked fine last night, but today it has started giving me this message every time i try a new project. Does anyone have a solution?

Since its seems as though you've already been through a number of troubleshooting steps on your own, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Engineers directly by submitting a case. They'll be able to work with you to investigate this further so we can get you back up and running as soon as possible.
