Error: Articulate Presenter cannot be upgraded to new 13 format

Hello,

I was working in a course fine, created/added/revised Engage interactions, tried to publish it, and got this error message:

Articulate Presenter project cannot be upgraded to the new Articulate Presenter 13 file format.

I tried reinstalling presenter 13. No luck.

Tried removing Engage and relinking. Now it won't even let me insert Engage. Same error format.

Tried resaving. Cannot package it up either.

Please help!

Hi Michelle and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!

In some cases, you may see this error after installing Update 3 (1407.1717) for Presenter '13. It was corrected in Update 4 (1409.422). To take advantage of the new features and fixes, download and install the latest version from the link in your product confirmation email or get it here.

If you still have difficulty, I'd recommend reaching out to support so that we can see if there are some other errors/issues going on in the background
