The attached quiz for question 2 (slide 10) is not working in preview as I need it to. I did the branch for each answer going to either slide 11 or 12. My template is one Q at a time, feedback text is blank, I am not sure what help it could be. I want the assigned blank slide to appear instead of a prompt for each answer.
I am clicking on PREVIEW within the question (10). After I select an answer and then click "submit", I am expecting to see the assigned blank slide that I customized for feedback that I assigned from the branching "More" option of the answer in form view. Instead, the preview ends, to either close or replay. According to demo's I've seen on the web, i should see those assigned slides for feedback. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Go up a level to preview it or publish and then view it that way. You might also need a branching option for the 1st feedback slide so that the next button doesn't take them to the 2nd feedback slide. The way it is now you might branch them to the finish maybe? Does that make sense?

What do you mean by a prompt for each answer? Sorry if I'm mis-understanding your question.
Are you previewing it from within the question or up a level where you can see all your questions?
