Can't answer quiz questions

Have a quizmaker quiz in a 360 Presentation. Can't answer multiple choice or multiple response questions - click on an answer and nothing happens.

This happens in my LMS and on  SCORM Cloud.

How can I fix?

Hi there Steve,

Thanks so much for letting us know what you're experiencing. This is a known issue with Studio 360, and it's one that we've logged as a bug. We're still working on this issue, and we'll definitely let you know once we have more information to share.

Depending on priority and risk, some bugs can be fixed very quickly, while other bugs take longer to resolve. I’ll let you know as soon as we have an update. Thanks so much again for letting us know about this, and I’m sorry if it’s slowing you down.

Great news - Articulate 360 Update 5 is now available! It includes a number of fixes detailed in the release notes here.  

The item you'll be interested in is how it fixed the issue where radio buttons and check boxes on quiz slides wouldn't always show selected states when learners chose their answers.

Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the “Update” button next to each tool.
