Can't RETRY a quiz in Articulate 13 (Course orginated in 09 and upgraded to 13...

So, I've worked out most of my bugs when my heat-related illness course was upgraded from 09 to 13. I have one, last challenge I need help! My course has 4 quizzes. First, I have learners decide whether they want to go directly to a quiz and test out, or go to course content, first, to learn about the topic(s); then take a quiz. If the learner passes one quiz they are directed to the next "quiz or content" choice, etc. If the learner FAILS a quiz, they are directed to the course content...Once they finish content, they are directed BACK TO THE QUIZ they originally failed. What I'm finding is that when you GO BACK TO THE QUIZ to retry it, it does not allow you to retake it. The original answers provided are still there...
I have researched many of the previous "discussions" with other developers and your staff. I have not come up with what to do! I'm under the gun time wise and have little time to fix this problem. We have 500+ folks that must take this training very soon!!!!!!!!!!

To let learners retry a quiz, you must use a graded result slide, and mark the box to "Allow user to retry quiz" on the Failure and/or Success layers. See this article for more information.
This should allow your user to review material, go back to the quiz, then select re-try.
