I'm updating an old Studio '13 e-learning and found some things weren't working as they should. One is an old Quizmaker quiz that I wanted to allow students who didn't pass to go back and review the related info, which is only one slide back, then retake the quiz. There is narration on the quiz and all the feedback slides. But after the review, when students return to the quiz, it shows and replays the old "Failure" slide while simultaneously playing the Quiz slide (which is hidden. Both audios are playing at once. I put in a Retry Quiz button, which will close the Failure slide and shut down it's audio, but students don't know what to do.
Is there some setting I need to use and haven't, or is this just a glitch in the program that has never been resolved? Does anyone have a work-around?
