Quality setting in quiz property can't be changed

Hi there, I tried to change the quality setting in quiz property to custom (advanced) so that I could adjust it freely, however it would eventually return to web delivery setting whenever I changed it. I had no idea why I can't change the quality setting. I have tried to restart my laptop but it still didn't work for me, and the best part is I am rushing my project now. :(

Are you using Quizmaker '09?

You may find that quality settings in Articulate Quizmaker '09 keep reverting back to the default option (Optimize for Web delivery).

This is a known issue. It can occur after installing Quizmaker but before publishing a quiz. Here's how to correct it:

Select your desired quality settings.
Publish your quiz.
Save your quiz, and close Quizmaker.

You only have to do this process once. Thereafter, your quality settings will always be saved in every quiz you create.

Thanks, Leslie! I've definitely been having this issue for a long time and just came across this post. Publishing to the project fixed it for me, hopefully it'll work for Mei too!
