Quiz not reporting correctly in LMS

Hi,

I have designed an e-Learning in Quizmaker, and require the tracking/reporting to be passed/failed.

However after selecting this and publishing, I always get the result Complete.

I publish using LMS ...SCORM 2004, then via Kallidus Content Import Wizard ...SCORM 1.2 ...onto LMS.

Do you have any tips? or is there something else I could do so that the quiz reports correctly?
