I am having difficulty getting a fail to come over to LMS. When I take the exam and get a pass it comes over to LMS as a PASS but when I fail it, it will not give me a FAIL in LMS. It does not record anything. I have Articulate set at 80% to Pass. I have it tracking using the quiz and I have it set to Passed/Incomplete. I have tried everything I know to try and nothing is working. I'm at my wits end. Please HELP!
Have you tried changing the tracking to Pass/Fail? Sounds like that is what you are looking for. We have some common troubleshooting tips here if you'd like to check them out.

Yes, I actually tried that also. It didn’t work either. I will check the link you sent. Thank you!
My next suggestion would be to see if you are able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud. If you are, we would want to take a look for sure.
