I want my user to be able to review the results page throughout the quiz and then carry on with the quiz but as soon as the results page has been viewed no answers can be inputed on any questions which they access following this. How can I sort this out. It is important in my quiz that the user can check their mark as an ongoing part of the quiz not just at the end.
Hello Gerard - in Quizmaker it's not really possible to allow the learner to jump back and forth from individual quiz questions to the result slide; however, you can include scoring and progress information on the quiz player as the user moves through the course (as shown in the red circled areas of the screenshot below).
You can also use the Submit One at a Time navigation method if you'd like learners to see immediate feedback on each question as soon as they answer (and you can also give them an opportunity to retry the question as many times as you like). Also, on the result slide you can incorporate a Retry Quiz button which allows them to go back and do the entire quiz again if they want.
If those features aren't quite what you're looking for, can you share a little more about what you need? Maybe we can offer you some additional ideas.
Thank you so much for your prompt reply. This looks ideal. However when I have tried to get to this point to make the changes as shown in your tutorial choosing the score information you display on your quizplayer I cannot seem to do it. I cannot bring the bar at the top which shows the option player templates. I think this may be because I am not opening my quiz in quiz player but unfortunately I cannot find a way to do this. I have looked through all the tutorials but cannot find an answer and was wondering if you could help me again. Thankyou
Sure Gerard - do you have Quizmaker installed on your computer? If so, what exactly are you seeing when you open your quiz in Quizmaker? Would you be able to post a screenshot so that we can take a look and help you troubleshoot?
