Articulate replay and Articulate Presenter not Working - ERROR 101

Despite too many tries tools like articulate replay and presenter not working properly.

Here is the brief:

Articulate Replay: Whenever I record the screen, it only shows the screen but the muse pointer points to the wrong tabs in the excel file. If I reduce the screen resolution to less than 100 percent, It works, but the tabs are very small.

Articulate Presenter: In my office, I have only one drive that can I access, so when I use this tool, it suggests saving the PowerPoint to the local drive, but it does not publish the presentation into the scorm package, and every time my laptop hangs. I tried to change the Visual Basic Addons through the PowerPoint options but still I am struggling to use it.
