Hi! I have a course I created in PowerPoint/Presenter with several MP4s (created using Replay) embedded on several slides. Everything works fine when run from my harddrive, but when uploaded to a network drive, the MP4s don't show up at all. Everything else works (there are several Engage interactions) and the individual MP4 files will play when run separately from that network drive.
Sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing. First, please make sure that you're working with local project files.
Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate).
Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names (this includes spaces and underscores).
Additional information regarding "Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces" in Windows operating systems can be found in the following Microsoft article.
If you've confirmed you're working locally, or if you move your project to your local hard drive and still have trouble, it might help to run a quick repair on the software: How to Repair Articulate Studio '13.
Thanks for the response. The course was developed on my local drive but the issues are after the course is published and put on a network drive so others can access it. I have since discovered the Replay slides won't play when the published course is loaded on the LMS either.

Any other ideas?
