I imported a replay video into a Presenter project. The replay video played when I previewed after publishing and also when I view the presentation.html file in the Presenter output folder.
I zipped the file and sent it to my tech dept. They posted it on our intranet. I just viewed that video and the Replay video did not play.
Everything was created and published from my C: drive
If MP4 videos do not display when your Articulate content is hosted on a server, it's likely that the server is not configured to play these files. Please review this article for more information.
