Hello, I am trying to retrieve a Replay recording into Presenter. When I try to insert video from file, I cannot see my Replay recordings. I can only see them if I insert video from Presenter; which is too small. How can I take advantage of the full screen with my Replay recordings?
Are you trying to insert the MP4 files or the .replay files? Only the MP4 files would be able to be inserted in. You'll want to make sure that you're inserting files as shown here and using files that are saved locally.
They are .replay files. I can see them if I select to add video from Presenter but they do not show as an option if I select video from file. It's odd because I can even select .replay as an video type and nothing shows at all.

Thank you. They are .replay files. They do not show as an option if I select video from file. They only show if I select video from Presenter.

Oh, I figured it out. It automatically converts into the MP4 format when it is published. Thanks for your help. It looks beautiful now:-)
Hey Robin,
First just as an FYI that if you respond via email it'll include your signature here, so you're welcome to edit the post to remove that.
The .replay is the pre-publish - so yes, you'll need to publish and it'll convert it to a MP4 format and then you can use it all over!
