Hello, I have several MP4s to edit. Several days ago, I pulled in the the MP4, it loaded audio and I made my edits and published successfully. I pulled in another MP4 from the same location (saved by another person) and only the video portion loaded; the "audio loading" showed on the screen, but it would not load. I have checked the file and when I play it within Media Player and from the WebEx recording link, it plays perfectly. I will attach one of the videos that I cannot get audio to load.

It looks like that video was saved with an incorrect codec. I re-encoded the video to H.264 in Handbrake and inserted it, and it plays fine.
In the attached Story, the first slide is the video you posted (it does nothing), the second slide is the same video re-encoded.
