Hi! After I got an new and better developer laptop, recordings made with my webcam are really bad. It is like the frames per second are really low, and the picture "jumps", cutting several frames.
The webcam works fine on Skype, Zoom, Teams etc. Have anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?
I am working on a local drive, the problem is both in preview-mode and published mode.
Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're running into some quality issues during your recording!
I appreciate you reviewing the acceleration settings and from here, I'm going to enlist the help of our support engineers to reach out and take a closer look at your setup.
Be on the lookout for a reply soon to get your webcam operating as expected!

I forgot to mention: I have tried the hardware acceleration settings, they are all fine.

Thanks
