I do believe this is handled differently depending on where the mp4 is viewed. I see something in Chrome vs Windows Media Player, but there is not a way to remove this file name that I am aware of. I do believe that's how the players handle it.
When I use a Replay mp4 in Storyline, for instance, I cannot see this information.
Perhaps someone in the community is aware of a workaround.

Indeed, it appears that this happens when I view the file with VLC media player so it does depend on the player handling this file.
