Issues loading up video in Replay 360

I've been trying to load up videos on Replay 360 and always get a fuzzy screen with a purple thread background. The video I am trying to upload was created using Articulate Storyline. I tried also videos created with other software with similar results.

Please try applying these steps so we can rule out whether a problem with the Replay installation causes the fuzzy screen. If the issue persists, would you be willing to share the affected video files here so we can run some tests on our end? You may also share them privately by sending the files along in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing
