Hoping some of our experts can help out. I don't have any separate video recording software but I am trying to take a video off of YouTube, record a piece of it, and insert it into a class I'm creating through Storyline. I tried using Replay 360 but it's not grabbing the audio from the screen recording.

Hello Brooke,
I am facing the same issue with Replay 360. I tried to record my Storyline file and publish it as an MP4 file and the audio quality is very poor.
However, it worked well last week for me and both Storyline and Replay 360 are trial versions.
We appreciate help in advance!

Hi Brooke and Parthiban!
I'd recommend using Peek 360 to record these interactions and then importing the .mp4 video to Storyline 360!
Can you try this and let me know if that works on your end?
