Overall Replay Abilities for Video and Image Imports

Hello,
Is Replay really limited to what is displayed on the screen at one time?
It appears Replay is limited on how to display video and images. I thought the program allowed users to present images and videos same as when mixing track A and B where you can present them in a quadrant, while viewing track A and B. But when inserting a video or image it splits the tracks and the screencast is no longer visible. I also thought the Lower third had the capability of adding and arranging images such as an arrow to point within the screen. It seems it limited to an image with a text box.
I thought it was like many YouTube videos where you see the person speak (Track B), their recording (Track A), all while another video

You can mix the two tracks in Replay 360 by using the mix options below the main screen:
Once you select the mix option, you can also choose the Picture-in-Picture quadrant:
For the example below, I used two tracks of images instead of video, but the same idea applies:
