I've recorded my screen in replay (with no audio) and only the A-Track as the video. I've popped 2 x "Lower Third's" throughout, but when publishing the first 20 seconds or so of the video appear black and distorted before the file 'comes good'. Help! I don't want to have to re-record the first 20 seconds if i can avoid it. Thanks! (See attachment)
... and even further to the above... It appears to be an issue with my Windows Media Player. When I play the file for the first time, it distorts the first 20 seconds... but then when I "scroll the video" back to the start, it plays from the start just fine. GRRR! Temperamental!
I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with the Replay video!
It does look to be publishing it fine, as I played it in Quicktime and it appeared normally for me there. I also tested it in Windows 10 with Windows media player, and it played there for me as well. Perhaps it's worth repairing your Windows media player?

Further to the above... I do not have the same issue when I publish to Articulate 360.

I seem to see the same problem.
I do a simple screen record from within Replay.
Publish as a video it and i have to stop and restart the video to play it
Export To 360 it works,
If i export it to 360 and then save the video from there locally it also does not play correctly.
i am using Windows Media Player.
If i drop it into Storyline 360 it works,
I have only just starting using replay 360 - is this expected behavior? - bizarre
