Publishing Replay Session

Hello,

I am having issues with publishing my Replay session.  When I publish it, you can hear the audio, but you can't see the screen captures in the Replay Session.  I used my webcam and a PowerPoint combined.  Not sure how to troubleshoot this?  Please help!!

Hi Ashley,

I am still having issues with publishing my Replay session.  It will publish, but will not display the screen captures in the video.  You can hear the audio portion but cannot view the presentation.  I have followed the steps that you outlined and also engaged technical support from my company.  Nothing has resolved the issue.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled Articulate to see if that would address the issue.  None of this has worked.  Can you please escalate this issue, or give me some guidance on who I need to talk to about resolving this.
