Publishing Replay Session

I just answered a similar query in this thread, and if you're published version of Replay is exhibiting this odd behavior  please follow the steps I've outlined there. 

Hi Ashley,

I am still having issues with publishing my Replay session.  It will publish, but will not display the screen captures in the video.  You can hear the audio portion but cannot view the presentation.  I have followed the steps that you outlined and also engaged technical support from my company.  Nothing has resolved the issue.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled Articulate to see if that would address the issue.  None of this has worked.  Can you please escalate this issue, or give me some guidance on who I need to talk to about resolving this.

Hi Hallie,

I see now that you were referring to tech support at your company, not our support engineers. 

Did you check the resolution as I mentioned in that other thread? Could you share the .replay file with us so that I could try testing it on this end?
