Replay 360 Shutting Down Multiple Times

I am working on a project in replay 360 and it has shut down and lost my work 5 times this morning (in a 45min time span). Anyone have any experience with this or know how to stop because I am losing my mind over here, lol?  

 

Update I can no longer make any edits. As soon as I do anything in the file I get the attached error.

Thank you for letting us know! I am sorry that you are hitting a snag when working on a Replay 360 file. 

I see that you have opened up a Support Case and were working with Peter on this. You are in great hands, so I would encourage you to keep at it with him if you continue to hit any roadblocks.
