I've been using Articulate products for 8ish years, decided to finally try out Replay. Why does it sound so horrible. Have a look/ listen at my test I did. What do I need to do to make it sound better?
First, please make sure that you're working on your local hard drive (C: drive). When working on a network drive or a USB drive, this can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior.
If you are working locally, it might help to run a quick repair on the software:

I hear this kind of audio when someone on a video call has 2 audio sources and they're feeding off of each other.

Lastly, I would check that you have the video hardware acceleration enabled. I know that other users have experienced issues with this before.
