Replay keeps crashing

Does anyone else's replay keep crashing?  I'm finding that it seems to crash about every 30 mins, I've been reporting but does seem to make any difference.

Also it crashes every time I try and publish.  I've saved the work under different titles and then split sections out in case one bit is somehow corrupted. Bit it won't even publish little chunks.  

Any ideas
