I am using Replay 360 and my comp has 8gb Ram, 128 SSD and enough memory. Playing videos in Adobe Premier Pro is fine.
There were two issues I noticed. One is that Replay uses Temporary files to store the video even if you don't save it. My video size was like 2.8gb so it wasted a lot of free space on my computer.
Secondly, the file size being so large led to the lag. I republished the videos using a different setting and the lag issue disappeared.
We do use the temporary files, and that setup is used in case Replay crashes and the files are backed up there. I know other folks have looked at deleting the extra temp files before starting a new project and doing a heavy amount of editing so help free up some space.
How large was the file? That could definitely have an impact - but just let me know if you need any more help!
Hello, just reading and wondering if this can help with the issue I'm having with audio. I noticed one small lag, but am noticing that my audio is very choppy. Is there a best practice that I can follow?
It also looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro and when I was plugging in my headphone to the surface itself the audio would play back choppy. Once I plugged my headphone into the actual hardware docking station the issue resolved

Hi Suleman,
It would help to know what version of Replay you're using and confirm if your set up meets and exceeds the minimum system requirements:
After that, could you let us know if it's just this one video file you've inserted or any videos you adding/editing in Replay?

Hey Michelle,
Sorry this issue is plaguing you. I just responded to a similar post here, so we can keep the conversation going over there.
Hey Michelle!
Thanks for reaching out to us. First, are you using Replay 1 or Replay 360?
Also, how did you insert the audio -- as a MP4 file, or did you record the audio directly in Replay?
If you can share the Replay file with our team here, that would be really helpful.
Hello,
I believe we sorted the issue yesterday. Thank you for your reply.
