I have just created a screencast recording using Replay. Everything recorded well and displayed well on Replay. When I published the file to .mp4 and played it back, it did not play back correctly as the image was showing on its side. I know I have not explained this very well, but basically where I expect to be able to follow the video instructions everything is on its side and not face on - hope that makes sense.

It sounds like you recorded your screen using Replay, and the screen is sideways or rotated in the published MP4 file. Is that right?
Are you using Replay 1 or Replay 360?
Would you be willing to share the original (unpublished) Replay file with me? I'd like to publish it on my end to see if I get the same result.
