replay won't launch
since the latest rounds of updates, replay does not launch.
On clicking the icon in the 360 dialogue another dialogue pops up saying,
"Articulate Replay 360 has stopped working, a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program."
As much as it's christmas and all, and we all love jokes, Replay wasn't even running in Task Manager. So it's not even a case of good advice. I'm not an admin user on my machine so uninstalling and reinstalling is not an option until the new year.
So, I'm asking for any help. Or, just do it in something else.
