Endless issues with Replay/Articulate 360 :(

Have had an issue running on my Mac VM (Pauly's thread).

Have since installed on a Dell, windows 10, 64 bit. Managed to download Replay. But when trying to relaunch the Articulate 360 app to get storyline - it won't open at all. Tried uninstall and reinstall and now I can't even get replay back because the 360 launcher wont launch!

Please, please, please help.
