This version of Articulate 360 is no longer supported and needs to be updated.

We’re making improvements to the Articulate 360 sign-in experience. As a result, older versions of the Articulate 360 desktop app have expired. You’ll need to update your Articulate 360 desktop app and then sign back in.

The error message you shared looks like your install process is locked by your administrators, so you'll need to work with them to download from that page and install. If you run into any trouble, our Support Team is standing by!

I am also experiencing a similar problem. Error message:

"This project uses features that are not available in this version of Storyline. Please upgrade to the latest version in order to open this project."

My company admins have installed the latest version of the Articulate 360 Desktop app, and I still cannot open any of my .story files.

Can you please advise? Thanks

What is the version of Storyline you have installed?

This would be v3.34.20804.0.

This was installed maybe half an hour ago if that helps.

Current version is 3.48 looks like they only updated the desktop app and not the Storyline app

Thanks for the heads up. Perhaps is this why my files are not working.
