My first avatar keep reappearing when I go back to the pervious layer. It didn't do this initially and I've tried everything it wont stop reappearing. Any suggesting? please help.
Yes, each avatar shows the previous position once you return to the layer. so, its fine when you click on one of the orientation options and go to the layer the selected layer but when you hit next to return to the CEO layer it shows the previous avatar position (on the avatar the learner selected) and well as the current position.

Thanks so much for taking the time to create that Peek, Rashell.
I took a look into your file, and I'm thinking this problem is happening because the CEO layer timeline is restarting each time the learner revisits it.
To prevent this from happening, you'll want to deselect the "hide other slide layers" option in Slide Layer Properties.
Also, add a white rectangle as a "background" for each of the three layers to prevent the learner from seeing the layers below.
Check out the updated file I've attached here, and let me know if it's working the way you intended!
Thank you so much Alyssa, I made the changes you recommended and mine still do not work. The version you attached is exactly how I wanted it to work. I'm not sure what's going on with mine.
Did you make that change on all slide layers? Compare the layer settings in my file to the settings in your file to see if there's a difference.
And if you're still having trouble, attach the most recent version of your file to a new reply here. I'll compare the two versions to try and spot the culprit.

Hey Rashell,
That's a lot of content on one slide.
Can you help us out by letting us know which avatar you're having difficulty with and at which point it is not behaving as intended?
Even a quick Peek video would be super helpful.
